Leaving from Plateau car park (Jubilee Drive) , we will walk up to Worcester Beacon. There are spectacular views both across the Severn Valley and on the West side across to Wales. The footpaths are good but there is quite an incline to get to the top of the Beacon so a reasonable level of fitness is required. Always bring some water to drink.

The walk will take about 1 and a half hours (as we will stop to take in the views!) and is about a 3 mile loop.

For those interested, a drink can be had afterwards at The Chase Inn which is very close to the car park.

Proper foot wear required and appropriate clothing depending on the weather.
