MWF95 Symonds Yat Rock and the River Wye, Sunday 2 June

This circular walk provides expansive views of Symonds Yat and the River Wye to rival the spectacular view from Yat Rock itself.  A hilly walk at an easy pace, with explanatory stops and a mid walk break.  It includes a descent down to, and a challenging climb up from the river, not far from Biblins Bridge, an iconic footbridge across the river.

We follow an established footpath through a wonderful mosaic of trees and, if we are lucky, some late spring flowers.

Please bring refreshments, or alternatively buy food at the cabin at Yat Rock.

Stout walking boots are recommended for all weathers, particularly if it has been raining, making the footpaths slippery.
