MWF76 Beautiful Border Country, Friday 2 June

A beautiful afternoon’s walk on the Worcestershire / Herefordshire border, through farmlands and orchards. The walk takes in some of the Stock’s Farm orchards and hop fields, the very hops that supply the brewery at the start of the walk. The walk climbs gently and as we climb, magnificent views come into sight in all directions. Eventually the walk descends through an old cherry orchard with wonderful views of the Malvern Hills in the distance.

Ascent total is approx. 139 m. The walk is mostly a gentle climb up to the highest point before descending through woodland and the cherry orchard.

Bring any refreshment needed for the walk: we will have a refreshment break en route.

When we return to the cars, the taproom will be open so you can sample some of the local beer and there is often a food van there on a Friday too.
