MWF62 The Best of the Worcestershire Hills, Thursday 1 June
A circular walk with a lot of variety and some splendid views on all sides. From Alfrick we walk up to Crews Hill, a small ancient woodland, to join the Worcestershire Way. Then up and onto the Suckley Hills to Longley Green before crossing over to Old Storridge Common. Back to Alfrick via Worcestershire Wildlife Trust’s nature reserve at The Knapp.
The Alfrick village shop can then provide us with a welcome cup of tea and home-made cakes to refresh us.
Not too many stiles but a couple of short sharp steep hills to work up an appetite.
Bring sufficient food, drinks and snacks for the duration and we’ll have at least a couple of stops en route
