MWF23 The Marcle Ridge and Cider Making, Sun 28 May
Enjoy a varied and scenic walk on and around Marcle Ridge and the iconic Woolhope Dome, concluding with an optional visit to the Weston’s cider mill, café and shop.
We climb up to the Marcle Ridge through farmland and apple orchards; walk in and around Woolhope Dome, of much geological interest; and reach the pretty village of Woolhope for (optional) lunchtime refreshments.
Our return is via Sollars Hope, with its Dick Whittington associations, and back over the Ridge.
